Jessica Julina Collette, LMT

Founder | Somatic Sports Therapy

I work with competitive athletes—especially those in jiu-jitsu, MMA, and combat sports—as well as active adults who want to stay strong, capable, and free from chronic or recurring pain. Many of my clients have dealt with complex injuries, long-standing tension, or movement limitations that haven’t improved with traditional approaches. Others simply want to maintain high performance, prevent setbacks, and keep doing what they love with confidence.

My background blends clinical sports therapy, exercise science, somatic education, and yoga therapy, shaped by my own experience as a competitive athlete. Over the years, I’ve developed a practical, results-based method that integrates somatic neuromuscular therapy, myofascial work, soft-tissue techniques, and somatic neuromuscular re-education. This system is designed to restore function efficiently, improve mechanical balance, and support long-term durability—whether you’re training hard, rebuilding after injury, or maintaining an active lifestyle.

If you’re ready for clear, lasting results, and an approach that meets you exactly where you are, I’m here to help.

ATHLETE PERSPECTIVE

Active Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Competitor & Purple Belt

As both a clinician and lifelong athlete, I understand the physical and mental demands of training, competition, and recovery. My athletic background includes Muay Thai, hockey, equestrian sports, and snowboarding, giving me firsthand experience with both acute and overuse sports injuries across multiple disciplines. These experiences, combined with my clinical education and ongoing professional development, continue to shape my approach to movement, rehabilitation, injury prevention, and long-term performance.

  • "I have severe neck issues. I couldn't lift my left arm over my head. I booked an appointment with Jessica. The minute she put her hands on me, I felt she knew what she was doing. In the past year I have seen her bi-weekly. My neck pain is minimal and I zero issues with my arm. She is a master of cupping. I highly recommend her. She saved my life."

  • "I’ve trusted Jessica with my therapeutic deep tissue massage for years. The service is incredibly detailed, responsive, and tailored to my changing needs. She is the height of professionalism, and her work has allowed me to manage pain and improve mobility through years of repetitive motion injuries. I recommend her fully and without reservation."

  • "Jessica does such great work. I was struggling with 1-2 throbbing tension headaches for weeks. Now, after a consistent phase of treatment, I go months without a single headache! She has also helped me rehab chronic low back and hip tension from years of weight lifting and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu."

    - Tim B.

  • "I am a Jiu Jitsu Head Coach & Competitor, and see a wide array of physical trauma. When things get very frisky, I go to Jess for her holistic approach to assessing the issue. She has top notch massage, cupping, and topical mixing skills, and is 3/3 on her success rate for fixing my broken meat suit."
